Hi! Thank you my super crafty friends for stopping by to check out my Design Team card for Shopping Our Stash Challenge #316 Chillaxin and Relaxin! Since August 15th is National Relaxation Day, we want you to create something that is relaxing to you!
I love the beach so of course I went with that theme! I love, love, love this old stamp set from Stampin’ Up! called Sketches and use it every chance I get! This time I used my watercolor pencils and I love how it turned out!
I hope you join us this week with a project! I can’t wait to see what you create!
Hi again, stampers! Here is my Design Team card for Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge #176 Fancy Folds! I had a blast making this card because I got to challenge myself to figure out how to make a step card without using a die! I love a good challenge and I’m very proud of myself for figuring it out!
I hope you join us and do your own fancy fold card! If you want, here are my measurements to make your own step card! I donut want you to have to reinvent the wheel! (LOL! See what I did there??)
This card is a regular A2 card. Start with a card stock cut to 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches then cut a 6 inch slit to split the card into two sides for the steps. I like doing it 3 inches from one side but you can do it anywhere you like as long as you leave 1 inch on one side and 1 3/4 inches on the other. Then score at the 1 inch, 2 inch, 3 1/2 inch, 5 inch and 6 3/4 inch marks but only score to the slit you previously cut. Then turn the card around and score at the 4 1/4 inch mark. Accordion fold your steps and decorate!
Hi again, Stampers! I’m back with my Design Team card for Always Fun Challenges Challenge #19 Going In Circles! The stamps set I used is from Fun Stampers Journey and is called “Donut Worry”! I just love, love, love this set!
I hope you join us this week with your card featuring circles of some sort! I look forward to seeing what you create!

Hello my artistic friends! Here is my card for Always Fun Challenges Challenge #18 Let It Sparkle! I love sparkle so this one was hard to do since I wanted to do everything! I got out my glitter, sequins, glitter paper, shimmer mist and shimmer pens but I had to restrain myself or my card would have looked like a unicorn barfed on it!!
I hope you join us for the fun this week! I can’t wait to see what you create!

Hi there my creative friends! I’m so excited to share that I am Guest Designing at Sunny Day Crafting!
This weeks challenge is #46 “E” is for Embossing! Yay! I was so excited to participate that I actually did three projects until I got one I was super happy about! Really! I hope you like it too!
To make this card I ran some cardstock through my Big Shot in an embossing folder then added touches of Distress Ink across the top! Then, of course, I had to add some glimmer mist to make it sparkle!
I hope you join us this week at Sunny Day Crafting and do your own embossing of any type! I can’t wait to see what you create!
I’m going to link this card at Cards In Envy Baby Blue or Pretty Pink Card Challenge and at Make My Monday Challenge Blog Challenge #51 Monochromatic and at Mod Squad Challenge The Wings The Thing!
OMG! I am being forced to do Christmas cards before December? Ugh! Now I’m going to be ready with cards before the “deadline”! I’m always late with my Christmas cards so my Design Team card for Shopping Our Stash SOS#314 Countdown to Christmas will help me do it “right” this year! I’m actually pretty grateful to have some cards ready early since that will take the pressure off! Thank you, Teamie Donna for making this our challenge this week!! I hope you all join us and get some cards done early! Having them ready to go will make you feel organized and on top of things! Really! It does!
Do you like my “paneled” wall? It is actually Contact Paper to line your drawers with from the Dollar Tree! I unrolled it, peeled the backing off to expose the sticky back and placed it on some paper! Then I cut it down and ran it through my Big Shot in a wood grained embossing folder! Super cool and so much easier than digging out my Distress Inks!! Try it!
