Hi there, card makers! Here is my Design Team card for Cardz 4 Guyz Challenge #175 Tiny Fingers and Toes Baby cards! I was lucky enough to have a reason to make this welcome baby card since a co-worker just had a baby boy! How perfect was that timing? LOL! He’s a beautiful baby and I can’t wait to hold him!
In the meantime, I hope you join us for a baby card but remember – it must be for a boy since that this challenge blog is all about – making cards for guys!

Hello, my creative, crafty friends! I’m back with my Design Team card for Naughty or Nice Challenge #42 On the Move with an option color twist!
August seems to be one of those months when so many of us are on the move: heading to a sunny vacation, taking a road trip, or maybe moving on and starting a new chapter in our lives transitioning to High School, moving to a new job or even retiring. With so many options for this challenge we hope to see plenty of you good folks playing along!
As always, we’ll be crowning a Little Devil and a Sweetheart and we can’t wait to see your take on this fun theme!

Hello. my artsy friends! Here is my card for Always Fun Challenges #17 Anything But A Card! I went kinda crazy with foil, vellum, flower shaping, layered stamping and more to create this masterpiece of a tag! I rarely throw everything at a card but I figured “Hey, why not?”
Welcome, crafty friends! Here’s my Design Team card for Shopping Our Stash Challenge #313 Butterflies, Bees, Bugs or Other Insects! Basically that’s just summertime here in Texas! We have tons of bugs and flying insects here! Most don’t really bother me but scorpions freak me out! But they’d scare anyone who bought a new house and killed 42 scorpions inside the house the first year!! No joke! Then the second year we killed 36 and the third year we killed 29! Seriously! True story! No one else in the neighborhood had such issues except us! We never found out why there were so many either! Thankfully, the scorpions never stung anyone in our house! Unbelievable!
Anyway, here’s my card and I hope you join us this week!

Hey there, my artsy friends! Thanks for stopping by to see my Design Team card for Shopping Our Stash Challenge #312 You Light Up My Life – use an image with a Light Bulb – lantern, lamp, flashlight, etc!
Have you tried the Watercolor Crayons from Recollections from Michaels???? They are unbelievable! They are awesome! They are so easy to use! They are super shimmery!
You HAVE to try them! To get this super vibrant look, I scribbled on watercolor paper and then buffed it with a dry paper towel! I didn’t even use water for this background! I cannot say enough nice things about these crayons! You must go out, right this second, and buy them!! You won’t be disappointed! (The other good way to use them is with a damp baby wipe or damp paint brush. Too much water takes away the color so be mindful of that!)
Now, I hope you join us on this challenge! I can’t wait to see what you create!
I’m linking this up at Paper Craft Crew Challenge #251 New To You since I finally got a chance to play with these crayons that I bought months ago and at Retro Rubber Challenge Blog Challenge #67 Somewhere Over The Rainbow since this Stampin’ Up stamp called “Crazy Mixed Up Love” is from a destash sale two or three years ago when a rep was selling retired products!
Hi there, my creative friends! I’m here with my Design Team card for Cardz 4 Guyz challenge #174 Christmas in July! This challenge is always a challenge for me since I live in Texas and it is sooooo hot here I just can’t think about designing a Christmas themed card! It is so painful to try and be Christmas cheery when it’s 100 degrees outside! Ugh! I tried to do something fun so I decided to place this cute snowman on a wobble so he’s waving “Hi!” I hope you like it and can join us for this challenge! In the end it is always fun to force yourself to do something hard and to just get out of your comfort zone!
