#50 O is for Old

Sisterhood of the Snarky Stampers Challenge #50 “O” is for Old starts today and I got the awesome task of being the Guest Designer! Wicked Cool! This is my submission…You’re So Old card

I used a ton of stamp sets to make this card happen! Art Impression’s Live, Laugh, Love; Hero Art’s It’s All Good; Stamps of Life’s Spinner2stamp and Flipflops2stamp and Stampin’ Up’s No Bones About It. I used Zig Clean Color Brush markers, Tim Holtz Distress Ink, Ranger and Lawn Fawn dye inks too! To make the background not so “in your face,” I placed a piece of vellum over it which muted it down a little.

The Zig’s are: 061, 010, 050, 070, 031, 025, 071, 026 and 022. The Distress Inks are: Vintage Photo, Mowed Lawn and Tumbled Glass. The Ranger inks are: Blue Ribbon and Caribbean Coast. The Lawn Fawn inks are: Fresh Cut Grass, Hippo and Walnut.

  2. I am still laughing out loud at this brilliant card! LOVE all the funny sentiments said by those awesomely colored gals, the the background muted by the vellum is pure genius! You rocked the GD gig at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers!

  9. This is great! I like the bright colors, the way you colored these gals, and especially the sentiments! I tried to check – am not sure if the funny sayings are stamps or if you created them. Could you please let me know? I would really like to use them!

    • Thank you very much!! I googled the jokes! So I admit, I did not make them up! I did type them on my computer and printed them out then stamped a word bubble around them. I love snarky sayings! How about we start our own snarky saying stamp company?? We could make millions! LOL!
